The reason for the return was my friend who I bought this for her birthday didnt like the looks so much.She wanted a watch with black dial and a watch that did not need a change of battery every few years. I myself own a Citizen Eco Drive and I thought this would be the ideal one. The product was really nice and why not its a Citizen after all. Based on my experience with Citizen Eco Drive I am sure this would have been just as wonderful of a watch.

The product arrived on time and quite a few days before the birthday itself. I am also very pleased with the way Amazon handled the return of the item.
