I just got this watch for a Christmas gift and love it! I did quite a bit of research (including shopping at various jewelry stores to try the watches on) and finally decided on this eco-drive for various reasons. This model has a smaller face and sits almost unnoticed (by me) on my wrist - which is what I was looking for. I have a small wrist that other watches either look too clunky or are just too big. The black face and gold hands give a nice contrast for my aging eyes to easily read the time in spite of the smaller dial. The eco-drive totally eliminates the problem of batteries dying when you least expect it, and having to find a jeweler to replace them. The book states that a full charge in sunlight will enable the watch to run for up to a year in the dark!! The watch has been running since I got it just on the store's flourescent lighting.
